Effective 2026-10-25. MaxC is an enterprise inference engine operated by MaxedS Infrastructure.
1. Zero Retention Guarantee: We do not log, store, or train on prompts or completions. All inference requests are processed strictly in GPU volatile memory and immediately discarded upon completion.
2. Metadata & Billing: Non-content operational telemetry (timestamp, token counts, request duration, status code) is retained for billing reconciliation only.
3. Datacenter Security: Infrastructure operates in Tier-3+ US datacenters.
